Information arrives as a draft. The organisers check the content and decide when it is shown.
Private access for each business: 24 hours from activation, renewable and revocable. Editing published content returns it to draft. For visitors, share the website’s public link.

Does the trial start when I register?
No. First sign in or create your account and submit the request. We review it and prepare your website. The trial starts when it is activated, and you can check the status in “My space”.
What happens when the trial ends?
There is no charge or automatic renewal. The website becomes read-only. To keep editing and publishing, you can choose a paid plan.
Can I request another free trial?
Each email address can request only one free trial.
Cancelling the request or switching to a paid plan later does not allow you to request another trial.
What happens if I do not continue or renew?
When the free trial ends without continuing the service, the space and its content may be deleted at any time, with no minimum retention period.
If you do not renew a paid plan, the space and its content will be retained for 30 calendar days from expiry. They may then be deleted.
On expiry, a notice will be sent.
Once deleted, the space and its content cannot be recovered.
How much does it cost to continue?
Paid plans from per year, VAT included.
Payment is annual. Before subscribing, you will see the plan, its limits and the price. Banners and promotions cost extra.
Can I bring together several festivities in my town?
Yes, depending on the plan you choose. You can start with one celebration and add others to the same website. The free trial has its own limits.
Do I need to know how to code or use AI?
You don’t need to code to manage content from the dashboard. Help from a compatible AI is optional. You review drafts and decide what is published.
How do I connect my AI?
In «Agentes IA» in your site dashboard, you will find the details to connect your compatible assistant. Choose what content it can view or edit. You can revoke its access from the dashboard at any time.
What is the QR code for?
It gives a business private access to provide its menu or catalogue. Generate a QR code, or link and activate a printed card before handing it over. Access lasts 24 hours from activation and can be renewed or revoked. The organisers review and publish the content.
Do visitors need to install anything?
No. The website works in a mobile, tablet or computer browser. They can add it to the home screen and view downloaded content without a signal.
Can notifications be sent?
Yes, to people who choose to enable them. They require permission, a connection and a compatible device. On iPhone and iPad, the website must be added to the home screen to receive them.
